Coronavirus Travel Update
We understand that the situation is continuously changing and so, for any European coach or air tour departing before 28th August, you can move your tour to a later date in 2020 or 2021.
Following recent FCO advice and in anticipation of further changes to current advice in the near future, we are reviewing all Leger holiday departures due to leave before 28th August 2020.
We are proactively working to contact all customers directly in departure date order with more information and to discuss alternative travel arrangements.
During this time we expect our phone lines to be extremely busy with a high volume of calls and we politely ask that you await our communication and urge you not to contact us where possible. If we have already been in contact with you, please dismiss this message as your amended arrangements will have already been confirmed.
Understandably, you will have questions regarding your upcoming holiday but please be assured that we will be in contact with you as soon as possible. We will be prioritising customers in departure date order up to the 28th August as a matter of urgency, so ask for your patience during this time.
This is a fast-paced and complex situation and we are doing all we can to ensure we can re-arrange your travel plans as quickly as possible. The health and safety of our passengers is our utmost priority and we would like to thank you for your understanding.

We are continuously monitoring Government advice regarding travel. Should any of the information change from official sources, we will of course contact all customers who will be affected, with a view to making alternative arrangements.
For any European coach or air tour departing before 28th August 2020, you can move your tour to a later date in 2020 or 2021. Sea cruise and river cruise holidays are excluded from this. However, please contact us to discuss your booking should you wish to move, and we will do our utmost to support your requests.
You may cancel your confirmed booking at any time before departure. You may also transfer your booking, if required to do so. Both may incur fees, depending on how far in advance you make the cancellation/changes.
In the event that we have to cancel your tour, or you choose to cancel your holiday, we will issue you with a Refund Credit Note, which is fully protected by ABTA. This must be redeemed against a future booking. We will, of course, endeavour to offer you comparable alternative arrangements, where possible, which you may choose to book in place of those cancelled.

All customers should follow sensible guidance to reduce their risk of exposure to Coronavirus while this outbreak is ongoing. Viruses can easily be passed from person to person, however the best preventative measure to stop the spread of infections is to wash your hands frequently and thoroughly with soap, then rinse them well under running water. Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth with unwashed hands. Always cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, then throw the tissue in a bin and wash your hands with soap and water.
